Document Description
The City of Santa Ana proposes to construct and operate 2 replacement parklands in lieu of 2.6-acre Continuing Education Center (CEC) site leased to Rancho Santiago Community College District in Centennial Park. Two parklands would total 1.51 acres. A third 1 .4-acre replacement park site was already constructed and in operation as of Jan. 2018. Two parks would be neighborhood, pedestrian parks with passive amenities such shade structures, playground equipment, benches and tables, picnic areas, and community gardens. No parking will be provided.
