The Project includes approximately 10,237 square foot horse stable with tack room, veterinary area, office, laundry room, and restroom. Construction of the horse stable includes a concrete slab, electrical services, water
services, and septic system. The Project also includes a driveway providing access to Highland Valley Road through a 28-foot wide easement that runs south from the southwest corner of the site.
