Document Description
The Applicant proposes to build a five-acre horse ranch, equine therapy center, and associated driveway access road. The Project includes approximately 10,237 square foot horse stable with tack room, veterinary area, office, laundry room, and restroom. Construction of the horse stable includes a concrete slab, electrical services, water services, and septic system. The Project also includes a driveway providing access to Highland Valley Road through a 28-foot wide easement that runs south from the southwest corner of the site.
