The Project consists of minor alterations to the existing land. Specifically, the Project will include minimal trenching and back filling where the surface is restored to pre- project condition. Mature vegetation will be avoided where feasible and the disturbed area, including vegetation, will be restored to pre-project condition. The State Water Board also finds that no exceptions to the CEQA exemptions apply to the approved activities.
