The project has minor tenant improvements and no expansion of the current building. All tenant improvements are to comply with city building requirements and/or upgrade to commercial codes. Election upgrade for panel because it's old, new lighting to meet Title 24, Class 1 Division 1 lights. New tank-less water heater and re-configuring bathrooms to meet ADA requirements. New HVAC system to meet building requirements.
