Document Description
The applicant is proposing to permit an existing 16,175 square feet (SF) of existing mixed light cultivation and two Special Permits (SPs) for a 14,000 SF proposed nursery and two points of diversion. The project site has 40.2 acres of prime agricultural soil and can facilitate up to 8 acres of cultivation. The project also includes the subject parcel as a receiving site for a minimum of nine retirement, remediation, and relocation (RRR) cannabis cultivation applications totaling 180,000 square feet of mixed light cultivation area. When fully developed, the total mixed light cultivation area from RRR sites will not exceed 348,480 square feet.of cultivation area. To support the entire project, a proposed 10,000 SF processing facility and a 3,000,000-gallon rainwater catchment pond capable of providing all irrigation water.
