T,he California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW) has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement number 1600-2018-0199-R5, pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to Biola University.
The Project is limited to stream impacts associated with the maintenance of non native vegetation within a section of La Mirada Creek which transects Biola University. The purpose of the vegetation maintenance is to restore and preserve the stream capacity, which has been substantially reduced over time by the deposition of sediment during seasonal inflows and vegetative growth.
