Document Description
Aqua marine Solar Project - A 250 MW solar generating station on 1,825 acres, including a 230-kV substation, to be constructed over an 18-month period commencing in 2019. Gen-Tie Line - A 230-kV transmission line to convey the power generated by the Aquamarine Solar Project to the Point of lnterconnection (POI). with the PG&E system at the Gates Substation. The Gen-Tie Line will follow the 25th Avenue alignment south for 2.5 miles to Nevada Avenue where it will tum west and extend an additional 6.2 miles to the Fresno County line. The Fresno County portion of the Gen-Tie Line is the subject of a separate CUP application filed with Fresno County. The entire Gen-Tie Line received programmatic CEQA review in the Westlands Solar Park and Gen-Tie Line PEIR, certified in Jan. 2018.
