Document Description
Approval of up to 25,000 s.f. of mixed light Commercial Cannabis cultivation via Major Use Permit (UP) 18-41. The facility will consist of a 21 O' x 240' foundation area with an 8" raised pad consisting of road base gravel and cement, to accommodate an inset 193' x 227' fence. This area will enclose seven (7) 30 'x 100' greenhouses for the cultivation of 21,000 sq. ft. of mature canopy, plus one (1) 30' x 100' greenhouse for the cultivation of 3,000 sq. ft. of immature canopy, and 19,560 sq. ft. of walkways, paths, and other areas. In addition, a 50' x 80' sq. ft. metal building would be constructed for the processing of cannabis. The entire site is located in the AO flood plain. There is one mapped sensitive specie, the 'beaked tracyina' that is in the vicinity. The entire site contains soil categorized as 'farmland of local importance', which requires cultivation limited to greenhouses.
