The proposed project consists of demolishing an existing residence, garage and stable, and constructing a new main residence, five barns, an accessory dwelling unit (ADU)(a groom's cottage/caretaker's cottage), storage building, equipment storage building, covered equestrian riding arena, uncovered equestrian riding arena, new vehicle gate, and associated site improvements, including equestrian gallop t rails and fenced pastures.
