Document Description
Expand public access and learning opportunities and install water-efficient landscaping on 11 acres at Camp Pollock in the City of Sacramento. Project will install 45,300 square feet of decomposed granite, accessible trail and a gathering area behind the Myrtle Johnson Lodge, increase parking capacity by 15,150 square feet by replacing a section of lawn with a gravel parking lot to expand the existing lot at the front of the property, prepare 20,800 square feet of garden beds and plant native, drought tolerant plants, install 80 linear feet of irrigation main line extensions, and remove unnecessary man-made structures from the property including a decommissioned cinder block grill, unused concrete pad, and two miscellaneous poles.
