Document Description
A Site Approval application to expand an existing produce packing facility in four (4) phases over fifteen (15) years. Phase 2, to be completed in five (5) years, includes construction of two (2) 70,000 square foot walnut storage buildings. Phase 3, to be completed in ten (10) years, includes construction of two (2) 70,000 square foot walnut storage buildings, a 28,000 square foot cherry packing building, and a 28,000 square foot storage building for produce. Phase 4, to be completed in fifteen (15) years, includes construction of a 20,000 square foot office and a 26,000 square foot walnut huller building.
