Document Description
The Fluid Holdings Cannabis Cultivation Facility would develop up to a 33,600 square foot (sq. ft.) indoor cannabis cultivation facility in five structures built in two phases on approximately 3.75 acres at 3353 Needles Highway in the City of Needles. State-of-the-art carbon filtration units will be utilized by the project to remove cannabis odor from air vented to the exterior. A 1,000 gallon septic tank will be installed along with a detention basin on the property. The perimeter will be lined with fencing; either 6-foot chain-link fence or wrought iron and block fencing. The later will be along Needles Highway and will have wrought iron entry/exit gates. Landscaping, which will require minimal maintenance, is proposed along all edges of the buildings and along Needles Highway. Air conditioning units will be required.
