The Project primarily would install bike and ped improvements on Madison Avenue from Sunrise Boulevard to Hazel Avenue.The Project would amend the County's General Plan to designate Madison Avenue as a Smart Growth Street. The goal of a Smart Growth Street is to enable safe and efficient mobility and access for all users.
