- Construction, use and maintenance of levee erosion repair sites, and bank protection at 24 locations on sovereign land in the Sacramento River, San Joaquin River, Cache Slough, Haas Slough, Elk Slough, Georgiana Slough, Lindsey Slough, and Steamboat Slough; Colusa, Sacramento, San Joaquin, Solano, Stanislaus, Sutter, and Yolo counties. The State Lands Commission action is an approval of a 20-year General Lease - Public Agency Use through June 22, 2040.
