The proposed facility will be a mixed material composting facility; hours of operations and material receiving are 24 hours per day Monday through Sunday; business/office hours are 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday through Sunday; permitted maximum tonnage of 1,800 tons per day; permitted traffic volume of 95 vehicles per day and 20 non-truck vehicles per day; total permitted area of 72.2 acres; and a design capacity of 620,569 cubic yards.
