Document Description
"The project includes· a vesting tentative parcel map, to create four parcels ranging in size from 10,459 to 12,262 net square-feet and an architectural review permit to allow 4 single-family two-story homes on these lots. The overall site area is approximately 1.19-acres (comprised of two existing legal parcels). Project improvements would include stormwater treatment and retention facilities; and new street paving. The project would include construction of an on-site access road with a hammerhead turnaround and three guest parking spaces. Additionally, the project includes installation of a new storm drain along existing McKissick Street and Hubbard Avenue. Project construction would take between 12 to 18 months. This is a recirculation.
