The California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW) has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement number 1600-2018-0338-R3, pursuant to section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project Applicant, Dan Falk.
The project is limited to twelve permanent culvert installations over unnamed Class Ill watercourses at map points 1, 25, 27, 29, 31, 32, 33, 35, 36, 37, 38, 39; removal of a Humboldt crossing and installation of a culvert or rocked ford over an unnamed Class Ill watercourse at map point 2; five rocked ford installations over unnamed Class Ill
watercourses at map points 3, 4, 12, 30, 44; removal of a Humboldt crossing and installation of a culvert over an unnamed Class II watercourse at map point 10; eight permanent culvert or rocked ford installations over unnamed Class Ill watercourses at map points 13, 14, 16, 17, 20, 21, 34, 47; removal and installation of a permanent culvert over an unnamed Class II watercourse at map point 26; installation of a permanent culvert or vented ford over an unnamed Class II watercourse at map point 43; installation of a permanent culvert over an unnamed Class II watercourse at map point 46; maintenance of a rocked ford over an unnamed Class Ill watercourse at map points 28, 49; and water drafting from unnamed Class II sag ponds at map points 10 and 53.
