Document Description
Request by Kathleen Forster for a Vesting Tentative Parcel map (CO 18-0061) to subdivide an existing 5.2 acre parcel into two parcels of 3.2 and 2.0 acres each for the purpose of sale and/or development. The proposal also includes the abandonment of road right-of-way located on proposed Parcels 1 and 2 that were offered as part of Tract 681. The project will result in the disturbance of up to 1.5 acres when proposed Parcel 2 is developed. Proposed Parcel J Is currently developed with a single family residence. With the subdivision, one primary dwelling, two guesthouses and accessory structures allowed in the Residential Suburban land use category could be constructed. No secondary dwellings are allowed per planning area standards In the Land Use Ordinance. The proposed project is within the Residential Suburban land use category.
