Zoning: Town Center (C-C) and Rural Residential Agricultural (R-R-B-2.5)
The project consists of a proposed zone change of 17.14-acre parcels from Town Center (C-C) and Rural Residential Agricultural, 2.5-acre minimum parcel size (R-R-B-2.5) to Highway Commercial (C-H). The Intent of the rezone is to make the zoning more consistent with the existing zoning surrounding the Grenada/Gazelle 1-5 interchange (Exit 766).
