The Project will construct the new Diamond Regional Sewer Lift Station in the City of Lake Elsinore. The Project will also include the installation of approximately 3,400 linear feet of dual force main pipes. The new lift station will serve as the regional wastewater lift station and will replace three existing lift stations currently in service.

The Project is generally located east of the City of Lake Elsinore and approximately 0.7 mile southwest of Interstate 15 (I-15), in western Riverside County, California. According to the Lake Elsinore, California U.S. Geological Survey (USGS) quadrangle map, the Project site is in the unsectioned La Laguna land grant, south of East Lakeshore Drive, along Elm Street in the north and adjacent to Diamond Circle in the southern portion of the Project alignment.
