Document Description
The project is limited to the demolition of the existing residential pier and reconstruction of a new, expanded pier approximately 5 feet to the south. The project includes demolition of four existing pilings, and construction of eleven new pilings, the total new lakebed disturbance will be 6.9 square feet. Project includes the removal of the existing concrete pad (152 square feet below the high-water line) which will result in a net increase in fish feed and cover habitat. The remaining 73 square feet of land coverage associated with the concrete pad, located in the backshore, will also be removed and restored.
