Document Description
The Project would redevelop approximately 103 acres of industrially zoned land within the City of Norco. The Project would demolish 36 existing single-family homes, some of which are vacant, as well and a chicken egg warehouse and distribution facility. The Project would construct a business park with approximately 1,900,000 square feet of new building space and related on- and offsite improvements, including roadway and utility infrastructure improvements. The Project includes approximately 26 industrial and office buildings, 3 commercial buildings, surface parking lots, and water quality basins. The Project includes an amendment to the Gateway Specific Plan.
