Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW) has executed Stream bed Alteration Agreement number 1600-2018-0333-R2, pursuant to section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project Applicant, Niemi Development Partners LLC (Permittee) as represented by William Niemi. The project is a 61-acre mixed-density residential development. The project includes construction of up to 294 residential units (190 single family and 104 multi-family residential units). The 104 multifamily/high density residential units are in the west/central area of the project site, immediately north of Gladding Parkway and west of the proposed extension of C Street. The remainder of the project would consist of medium- and low-density single family residential, and a series of parks, recreational open space, and a water quality pond. Site access would be from the existing 9th and 12th Streets, East Avenue, and Ashwood Way. The main circulation roads constructed as part of the project would be extensions of C Street in the southwest, 10th Street (as Gladding Parkway) in the south-center, and Ashwood Way in the northeast.
