Document Description
The County of Orange, as the lead agency under the California Environmental Quality Act, has prepared this IS/MND to evaluate the potential environmental effects associated with the proposed East Garden Grove-Wintersburg Channel, Warner to 1,250 Feet Downstream of Goldenwest Sheet Pile Project (proposed project). The project is located within Orange County Public Works' right-of-way for the East Garden Grove-Wintersburg Channel (COS) between Warner Avenue and Goldenwest Street in the City of Huntington Beach, California. The project proposes improvements to this segment of OCPW's COS facility to increase the flood conveyance capacity of the channel and address erosion issues.
