A Conditional Use Permit to authorize the development of a shooting range that Includes individual shooting bays and stages for rifles and pistols, a shotgun range, an area for archery, and the removal, installation and/or reuse of buildings for caretakers, office space and gun smithing, and storage located on two separate parcels covering approximately 85 acres. The proposed Project represents an expansion of an existing shooting range and the addition of a shotgun range that broadens the physical area associated with shooting activities.
