The Project is located south of Santa Ana Avenue, north of Jurupa Avenue, east of Cypress Avenue, and west of Juniper Avenue. The discretionary actions include a General Plan Amendment, a Specific Plan Amendment, a Zone Change, a Design Review, a Tentative Parcel Map, a Development Agreement, and a Comprehensive Sign Program.
