Document Description
This is a request for approval to deconstruct and remove the existing marine terminal located along the shoreline of New York Slough, as part of the termination of Tesoro's lease with the City of Pittsburg. The vast majority of the deconstruction work would occur "waterside" via marine vessels to be staged adjacent to the existing terminal (dock). The purpose of the proposed deconstruction is to remove the decrepit and unused terminal as a condition of terminating Tesoro's lease with the City of Pittsburg, and would include removal of the platform, fender system, all dolphins, walkways, decks, piles and one small building. There is no construction associated with the proposed project.
