The Parks and Recreation Facilities Master Plan (Master Plan) assesses El Cerrito's parks and recreation needs, identifies maintenance measures and new improvements to meet these needs, and establishes a plan for long-term maintenance and development of parks and recreation facilities. The Master Plan seeks to enhance the park network and recreation facilities, support recreation programs, and improve trails and natural areas.
