See NOE for full details. Multi-use trail will be developed on former railroad right of way (land has already been disturbed from its natural state). Garden is located on an in-fill site that previously contained an agricultural packing shed. Project will include construction of small structures on that site. The proposed project will not adversely impact the general health, safety and wellbeing of the citizens of McFarland.
