Project consists of the sale and transfer of 596 square feet of Bailey Land Capability Class 1, 2, 3 ground Restoration Credit rights from Conservancy-owned land to multiple receiving sites, where new equipment will be placed on existing electric poles with new adjoining ground equipment. The transfer enables the receiving landowner construct the project without any net increase in the amount of existing Bailey Land Capability Class 1, 2, 3 Restoration Credit.
