To comply with TMDL requirements, Caltrans aims to reduce the amount of trash deposited In water body and in storm water discharges. The proposed work consists of constructing Gross Solids Removal Devices and other treatment Best Management Practices at various storm/drain outfall discharge points leading to Machado Lake Watershed.
Various hook ramps on route 11 O from West M St to Sepulveda Blvd, in Carson and Los Angeles. There are eight (8) sites at post-miles 3,8, 3.9, 4.0, 4.1, 4.6, 5.3, 5.4, and 5.6.

Project work will occur within an existing Caltrans facility. The state has determined that this project has no significant Impacts on the environment as defined by NEPA, and that there are no unusual circumstances.
