To consider the acceptance of 65 +/acres of land by the California Department of Fish and Wildlife, from the Bear Yuba Land Trust. The proposed acquisition would be an essential part of the planned Yuba Narrows Unit of the Daugherty Hills Wildlife Area, located northeast of the town of Smartsville, in Nevada and Yuba Counties consisting of a mix of blue-oak woodlands, grasslands and riparian habitats.
