Description of Nature, Purpose and Beneficiaries of Project: Caltrans proposes a safety project in Sutter County along State Route (SR) 20 at George Washington Boulevard. The purpose of this project is to install a right turn pocket at the intersection of George Washington Blvd. on the WB lanes of SR 20, to reduce the number of traffic conflicts.
