Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW) has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement number EPIMS-03218-R3, pursuant to section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project Applicant, Half Moon Grow, Inc. The project includes the cultivation of cannabis within existing greenhouses, utilizing an existing in-stream surface water diversion and infrastructure, an existing reservoir for water storage, and existing water tanks for water storage. All existing greenhouses contain concrete floors, fiberglass materials, and meet the requirements for an indoor cannabis cultivation site. The project will utilize existing irrigation and growing systems.
