MacArthur Maze Vertical Clearance Project
NEG - Negative Declaration
Note: Extended Review Per Lead
Caltrans proposes to increase the vertical clearances at three locations within the MacArthur Maze Interchange (MacArthur Maze or Maze) in the city of Oakland, Alameda County from the current height of the connectors to the Caltrans standard of 16 ft 6 inches to allow for a more efficient travel of oversized vehicles. Either the existing structure would be lowered, raised, or a similar structure would be constructed in the same location as the existing connectors.
