Document Description
The May 2018 Facilities Master Plan-Amendment One proposes projects using Measure H bond funding for existing building & infrastructure demolition (170,386 sf), building & infrastructure renovations (309,274 sf), new building & infrastructure construction (55,170 sf) and future building sites & infrastructure (143,220 sf). There are four building renovation/new construction phases; I (2019-2020), II (2021-2025), Ill (2026-2030), and IV (Post 2030). In addition pedestrian, vehicular, parking, landscaping, water, sewer, storm drain, natural gas, electrical and technological improvements are proposed.
