This driveway encroachment project is a minor alteration in land use and construction activities do not exceed the 20% average slope limit required for this categorical exemption class. Shasta County ls the CEQA lead as they were the Agency that Issued the initial grading plan to the encroachment permit applicant. Project will
have no adverse environmental impacts.
