Perform work to cold plane the existing pavement and overlay with Rubberized Hot-Mix asphalt. Micro-surfacing, upgrade curb ramps, fog seal asphalt concrete dikes, construct 0.2 shoulder backing to maximum of 3 ft. Extends pavement life and complies with current Caltrans Standards for existing improvements.
