This is a proposal by Latham Development for a General Plan Amendment, Zone Change, a Site Plan and Development Review, and three minor use permits to establish a four-story, 120-room hotel having a height of up to 96 ft, a 6600 sf urgent care medical office building, four commercial pads that would include a 5000 sf full service restaurant, a 4300 sf drive-through restaurant, a 3500 sf drive-through restaurant, and a 6300 sf retail building; a service station/car wash with a 3500 sf convenience store; a gated three-story 114-room active senior apartment development; associated parking and an 0.85 acre retention basin all on 22.43 acres of land.
