The project consists of the construction and operation of a three-story, 115,000 sf self-storage facility with relevant support facilities, infrastructure/utilities, parking area, landscaping and drainage basins on the southeastern and western portions of the 3.3-acre project site. The project site land use designation is commercial, and the site is zoned community commercial. The project shall be developed in accordance with the existing land use and zoning designations, but a conditional use permit will be required pursuant to title 16, section 16.10.010 of the Murrieta Municipal Code, development code.
