The proposed project would include the implementation of six water wells and one conveyance pipeline alignment that would connect to the Colorado River Aqueduct (CRA). The proposed project is partially located in an unincorporated portion of western Riverside County within the Lake Perris State Recreation Area (SRA) south of Perris Dam, and within the City of Perris just south of Ramona Expressway.
