Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW) has executed a Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement number LAN-21764-R5, pursuant to section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project Applicant, Las Virgines Municipal Water District. The Project is limited to extension of an existing potable water pipeline across Malibu Creek. The extension will begin from an existing pipeline at intersection of Las Virgenes Road and Piuma Road. Along Malibu Canyon Road to the north of Malibu Creek the extension will be installed along Malibu Canyon Road via an open trench within the footprint of the west lane. At the bridge crossing Malibu Creek, the pipeline will be mounted using pipe hangers on the underside of the bridge. South of the bridge crossing the pipe will be installed via an open trench within the footprint of the west lane.
