Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW) has executed Amendment No. 2 to Streambed Alteration Agreement (Agreement) number 1600-2019-0191-R4, issued to MCC Telephony of the West LLC (Mediacom Communications). The Streambed Alteration Agreement includes installation of a new fiber optic telecommunications cable. The Amendment No. 2 includes increasing the number and sizes of bore pits used at certain stream crossings, and changing the fiber optic cable installation from plowing (trenching) to horizontal directional drilling (boring) at one crossing, with related changes to Project impacts.
