Document Description
The California Department of Transportation (Caltrans) and Alameda County Transportation Commission (Alameda CTC) propose to improve operations for vehicles, bicycles, and pedestrians where Interstate 80 (1-80) and Gilman Street intersect. The project will construct two roundabouts at the 1-80/Gilman Street on- and off-ramp intersections and a bike/pedestrian bridge over 1-80, adjacent to Gilman Street.
