Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW) has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement (EPIMS-MEN-40403 -R1C), pursuant to Fish and Game Code section 1602, the project Applicant is Sanctuary Forest. This Agreement authorizes Sanctuary Forest to construct rock weirs, install log weirs with subsurface clay barriers, augment streambed material with imported gravel, install large wood enhancement features in a Class I and II stream. Additionally, this Agreement also authorizes Sanctuary Forest to convert an incised Class III tributary into a wetland feature.
