The California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW) has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement (EPIMS-HUM-38252 -R1C), pursuant to Fish and Game Code section 1602, the project Applicant is Sanctuary Forest. This Agreement authorizes Sanctuary Forest to enlarge an existing pond and construct a new pond with the purpose of instream flow enhancement, fire suppression, water supply, aesthetics and recreation. Additionally, this agreement also authorizes Sanctuary Forest to construct large wood enhancement features in Anderson Creek.
