The California Department of Fish and Wildlife has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement number EPIMS-MEN-08564-R1C, pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to April Newlander. The project is limited to five (5) encroachments: 1 – instream-floodplain enhancement, 2 – Crossing 1 (bridge), 3 – Crossing 2 (bottomless culvert), 4 – tributary and bank restoration, and 5 – terrace ponds.
