THIS PROJECT WAS PREVIOUSLY ANALYZED IN A MITIGATED NEGATIVE DECLARATION IN 2018. THE PREVIOUS NOD WAS FILED IN 2019 AND FISH & GAME FEES PAID. THIS NOD IS FOR AN ADDENDUM. Minor changes were made to the water treatment/distribution Project which included removing some pipelines from the project and adding some that were not originally included in the IS/MND, but were included within the Project survey areas. The analysis was consolidated under this addendum.
