The California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW) has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement number 1600-2019-0358-R3, pursuant to section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project Applicant, City of Pleasant Hill. The project is limited to the following activities: replacement of three existing stormwater pipe outfalls and installation of a new storm drain system that includes a new bio-retention basin and 100 and 500-year flood retention on a new sports field
