Document Description
The proposed project will be a single-story approximately 13,700 square-foot building on an approximately 3-acre project site at 2770 Santa Maria Way at the northeast corner of Santa Maria Way and Sunrise Drive In the City of Santa Marla, California. The single story building will be approximately 35 feet high above finish floor elevation as measured at the roof's highest point. The proposed project will be constructed In a contemporary architectural style with long horizontal lines inspired by the Prairie Style of Frank Lloyd Wright.
